Abigail Cavanaugh has a diverse work experience history. Abigail started their career at Dairy Queen as a Cashier from April 2014 to August 2016. Abigail then worked at the DeWitt Wallace Library as an AIRS Library Aide from August 2017 to March 2019. During the same time, they also worked as a Visitor Experience Staff and Camp Counselor at The Works Museum from October 2016 to August 2019. From May 2019 to April 2020, Abigail worked at Dogtopia as a Canine Coach and Rover. In 2020, they joined The Gunnar Laboratory for Developmental Psychobiology Research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from January to September. Most recently, Abigail has been employed at ChildServe, where they have held various positions such as Autism Day Health Staff from June 2020 to June 2021, Autism Day Health Lead from June 2021 to November 2021, Behavior Technician from November 2021 to April 2022, Registered Behavior Technician from April 2022 to June 2022, and currently as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician since June 2022.
Abigail Cavanaugh has a Bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology and Health Psychology from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Macalester College from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued an undergraduate degree in Biology, General. Abigail completed their high school education at the Academy of Holy Angels from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from the Minnesota Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board (EMSRB) in May 2019 and as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in April 2022.
