Kelly Pearce

Kelly Pearce, MA has worked as the Director of Talent Development and Learning and Development Manager at ChildServe since December 2023. Prior to that, they were a Learning and Development Consultant at Wells Fargo from June 2006 to November 2011. Kelly also served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Northern Iowa from August 2005 to May 2006 and at Wartburg College from September 2005 to 2006.

Kelly Pearce, MA, has a Master of Arts degree in Communication Education from the University of Northern Iowa. Kelly also holds a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kelly has obtained several certifications, including being a Gallup-Certified Manager from Gallup, completing a Mentoring, Coaching, and Leadership Development program from Grand View University, and obtaining a Creating Leadership Development Programs Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
