Taylor Mayer

Taylor Mayer serves as the Talent Development and Learning Manager at Think Together since May 2023, previously holding the position of Leadership Development Specialist. Additionally, Taylor works as an International Trainer for Time to Teach at the Center for Teacher Effectiveness and as a Social Studies Content Contributor for Newsela, both starting in April 2023. From August 2019 to May 2023, Taylor was the District Support Specialist for K-12 Social Studies Instruction at Albuquerque Public Schools and contributed as a writer and collaborator for the New Mexico State Standards for Social Studies at the New Mexico Public Education Department from February 2020 to February 2022. Taylor's foundational experience includes roles such as Principal Intern and General Education Teacher K-5 at Rio Rancho Public Schools from August 2011 to August 2019 and Childcare Counselor at YMCA of the USA from May 2008 to July 2011. Taylor holds multiple degrees from New Mexico Highlands University, including a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.
