Nikiana Medansky

Nikiana Medansky is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the performing arts and digital media. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Media at Childsplay, Inc. since September 2024, Nikiana previously held the position of Digital Marketing Manager at The Phoenix Theatre Company, where a digital campaign led to a remarkable increase in social media reach and over $1.3 million in ticket sales, the highest in the company's history. At Ballet Arizona, Nikiana achieved a 1,600% increase in social media reach, generating over $2.4 million in ticket sales for "The Nutcracker."
