Tabitha Farr

Tabitha Farr has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical services. Tabitha began their career as a Direct Support Professional at Chileda in 2012. Tabitha then worked as a Social Work Intern at Gundersen Health System, where they were involved in various roles such as a domestic abuse/social worker and a pediatric/obstetric social worker. Tabitha also served as a School Linked Mental Health Therapist Intern at Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center, providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and various therapy techniques. Tabitha continued to advance their career as a Social Worker at Inclusa, where they conducted comprehensive assessments, provided counseling, and formulated treatment plans. Tabitha then worked as a Bereavement Counselor at Mayo Clinic, developing and providing grief counseling services. Most recently, they served as a Mental Health Clinical Social Worker at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they conducted assessments, provided individual and group treatment, and collaborated with stakeholders to enhance programming.
