Eric Zuckerman

Eric Zuckerman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Chili Piper since December 2021, Eric focuses on enhancing the efficiency of lead conversion processes. Prior roles included a Customer Success position at Chili Piper, as well as roles as Operations Manager and Implementation Specialist at Veezi, where Eric managed daily operations and client onboarding for a cloud-based POS system. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Los Angeles Operations and Casting Consultant at Kathleen Chopin Casting, managing casting operations for notable film and television projects. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University and has pursued additional education at UCLA Extension.
