Rosetta Weber is the Vice President of Global Programs at The Chill Foundation, a position Rosetta has held since 2021. Prior to this role, Rosetta served as National Manager and Director of Programs at The Chill Foundation from 2014 to 2017. With experience in non-profit organizations, fundraising, and community development, Rosetta also worked as Program Empowerment Director at The DREAM Program, Inc., and held various roles in the outdoor industry, including ski instructor and wilderness trip coordinator. They earned a BA in Geography/Community and International Development from the University of Vermont and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Marlboro College. Rosetta participated in an experiential study abroad program focused on culture and development in Ecuador.
