Andrea Read-Davis

Andrea Read-Davis has extensive work experience in various roles at Outreach International and Callison.

At Outreach International, Andrea started as the Haiti Relief Coordinator in January 2011 and served in that role until June 2012. Andrea then became the Assistant Director of Field Operations in July 2012 and held this position until April 2015. Following that, Andrea became the Director of Field Operations in January 2011 and remained in this role until July 2020. Most recently, they have been serving as the Chief Field Operations Officer since July 2020.

Prior to their work at Outreach International, Andrea worked at Callison as an Architecture Staff II from July 2007 to December 2010.

Andrea Read-Davis completed their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree at Washington State University from 2003 to 2007, specializing in Architecture. In 2013, they attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management for a period of time, although their specific degree and field of study during that period are unknown. Prior to their enrollment at Washington State University, Andrea studied at Graceland University from 2000 to 2002, although no information regarding their degree or field of study is available.

In addition to their formal education, Andrea has obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Andrea completed a course called "JPAL101x: Evaluating Social Programs" offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology through edX in August 2020.
