Jorgo Merchiers

Jorgo Merchiers is a business developer and team lead at CHILL, where responsibilities include connecting various companies to material characterization, processing, and 3D printing labs, while providing expertise and knowledge. Previous experiences include a role as a researcher at Aerobel and as a doctoral researcher at UHasselt. Jorgo also completed a master's thesis internship at KU Leuven researching PVME copolymers and conducted research at DSM on the Akulon® Fuel Lock project. Jorgo holds a PhD in Engineering Sciences from Hasselt University, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, a master's degree in Chemistry from KU Leuven, and a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Hasselt University. Early education was at KTA Alicebourg, focusing on modern languages and sciences.
