Laura Swindells is currently the On Train Service Manager at Chiltern Railways, where responsibilities include managing a team of Train Managers in Birmingham, overseeing performance, sickness, competency management, and recruitment, while also engaging with stakeholders and developing policies. Previously, Laura served as the Customer Communications Manager at Chiltern Railways, focusing on strategic communication plans for engineering works and promotions. Laura's experience extends to roles such as Area Train Presentation Manager and Area Revenue Protection & Security Manager at West Midlands Trains, as well as multiple positions in revenue protection and security with London Midland and Transport Investigations Limited. Laura holds a BA(Hons) in Computer Animation from The University of Glamorgan and has a foundational education in Animation from University College for the Creative Arts and A Levels from King Edward VI Sixth Form College.
