Lauren Briggs

Lauren Briggs has extensive experience in customer service and revenue protection, currently serving as a Revenue Protection Inspector and previously as a Customer Service Ambassador at Chiltern Railways since June 2017. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Deputy Manager at Coral from June 2015 to June 2017. Lauren's career began at Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, where a role as Crew Manager was held from February 2005 to May 2015. Educated at Wheatley Park School, Lauren possesses a strong background in both operational and customer-facing roles.
