Kym Harper

Kym Harper is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Chiltern Way Academy Trust since March 2024. Previously held roles include HR Manager at Strictly Education Ltd from July 2018 to February 2024 and interim senior human resources positions for various clients from July 2017 to June 2018. Kym has significant experience in HR management, having worked as an HR Manager at Milton Keynes College and Lord Grey School between January 2015 and December 2014, and earlier as a Recruitment Specialist at Volkswagen Financial Services from July 2005 to January 2010.
