Jimmy Zhou

Jimmy brings a depth of commercial, financial, and M&A expertise to the Board. He has evaluated, advised, and led a number of large investments over the past decade in New Zealand and overseas across the electricity, oil & gas, mining, petrochemicals, telecommunications, and aviation sectors. He is currently employed by the Todd Corporation as a commercial manager, where he focuses on energy sector M&A and business development opportunities. Recent transactions include the acquisition of energy assets from Vector Limited and Royal Dutch Shell PLC.
