Sophie Maunder

Sophie Maunder has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sophie began their career as a WPP Fellowship trainee at Hill and Knowlton in 1996. Sophie then worked as a WPP Fellow at WPP from 1996 to 1999. In 2003, they joined VCCP as the Head of Planning and held this position until 2008. During their time at VCCP, they also served as the Group Strategy Officer and the Partnership Strategy Director. In 2012, they became the Group Strategy Officer and held this role until 2014. In 2014, they became the CEO of VCCP me. In 2018, they joined Chime Communications Limited as the Chief Strategy Officer. In 2019, they became the CEO of VCCP Ignite at VCCP Partnership. Most recently, Sophie Maunder became the Executive Partner at VCCP in 2022.

Sophie Maunder attended The University of Edinburgh from 1992 to 1996, where they earned an MA (Hons) degree in Business and Psychology. Sophie then pursued their A Levels at Blundell's in Tiverton, Devon from 1994 to 1996. In 2018, they completed a Senior Executive Programme at London Business School. Additionally, Sophie Maunder obtained certifications such as being a member of WACL and serving as an Executive Committee member of the Future Leaders Award from 2015 to 2018.
