Aimie Aronica has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Aimie currently holds the position of VP of Business Operations at Chime since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PayPal as the Global Head of Employee Engagement, from an unknown start date to April 2023.

At PayPal, Aimie has held various roles since joining in 2009. Aimie served as the Head of Technology Engagement, where they were responsible for building a stronger external brand for PayPal Technology and making it a top destination for talent. Aimie also served as the Site Lead for the eBay Inc. Austin office, ensuring employee productivity and engagement. In addition, they served as the Sr. Director Strategic Initiatives and Director of Technology Operations, where they developed strategies for the growth of the organization.

Before joining PayPal, Aimie worked at Sun Microsystems for a significant period. Aimie held the roles of Global Systems Engineering Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff - Software Chief Technology Office. Aimie managed global teams and developed methodologies to measure effectiveness and optimize sales to engineering ratios. Aimie also served as a Senior Program Manager and Escalation Manager, driving best practices and successful customer escalations.
