Jeffrey Stoltzfoos has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and organizations. Jeffrey most recently served as the VP of Government and Public Affairs at Chime, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of SVP of Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy at Chime from September 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Chime, Jeffrey worked at Wells Fargo as the Senior Vice President of Public Policy from June 2019 to May 2021. Jeffrey also worked at Venable LLP as a Senior Policy Advisor from May 2017 to May 2019. In the past, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at GE Energy Financial Services from July 2014 to January 2017. Prior to that, they worked at GE Capital as the Vice President of Regulatory Policy from March 2011 to July 2014. Jeffrey began their career as a Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs from August 2009 to February 2011 and later served as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from March 2007 to January 2009.

Jeffrey Stoltzfoos attended Franklin & Marshall College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy. Jeffrey then pursued further education at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law.
