Kiran Kalra

Kiran Kalra has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kiran is currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Chime since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gap Inc. in various roles including Director of Talent Technology & Operations, Director of HR Operations, and Senior Manager of HR Operations from 2012 to 2022. Before joining Gap Inc., Kiran worked at Old Navy as an HR Business Solutions Manager and Senior HR Analyst from 2005 to 2012. Kiran also gained experience at PeopleSoft, Inc. as an HR Business Analyst from 2002 to 2005. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Analyst at Providian Financial Corporation and as an Employment Representative at Cisco. Kiran started their career as an HR Intern at Symantec.

Kiran Kalra attended San Francisco State University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Psychology. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Business Administration and Human Resource Management during the same time period.
