Rachel Dorcelien

Rachel Dorcelien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people experience and development. Currently serving as Vice President of People Experience & Development at Chime, Rachel oversees various aspects of the employee experience, including onboarding, performance management, and diversity initiatives. Previously, Rachel held the position of Senior Director of Employee Experience & Development at DoorDash, where responsibilities included establishing internal communications and founding the Global Employee Experience team. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Comcast, where Rachel focused on organizational change management and corporate communications, and co-founding Bright Yellow Creamery, an artisan ice cream company recognized for its quality.
