Sierra Scarlatta

Sierra Scarlatta is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the People Compliance Manager at Chime since May 2018, after holding roles as Senior People Operations Generalist and Head of People Operations. Prior to Chime, Sierra was the People Operations Lead at Earnest Inc., where responsibilities included employee engagement, onboarding, and policy creation.
