Ullas Unnikrishnan Nair has over 15 years of experience in strategic operations, customer support, and innovation management, currently serving as Sr. Manager for Member Experience and Disputes as well as Sr. Manager for Strategic Operations at Chime since December 2021. Prior to Chime, Ullas held several leadership positions at Allstate from July 2018 to December 2021, including Sr. Manager for Customer Support Strategy, where Ullas designed the future of customer support and led efforts for new product rollouts. Ullas also managed innovation and service strategies during a development program at Allstate, and gained consultancy experience at CPA Global. Earlier roles include significant contributions at Intellectual Ventures and process improvement work at Elizabeth Arden. Ullas holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
