Mr. Pei has served as the Administrative Director of Wanda Picture Television & Media Co. since January 2017, responsible for the HR department and administrative office. He also assists the management work of some filming development projects of the Company. Before that, he worked at the Wanda Hotel Construction Co. since March 2010 in charge of the HR, project management and organizational work. Mr. Pei serves as Chairman of the Company’s Nominating and Governance Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
