Ms Xiaoyuan Zhang, Age 30, previously served as Senior Auditor/ Assurance Manager in Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP, Chengdu Branch from Oct.2010-Sep. 2018. Ms Zhang received a duel degree bachelor in accounting and Law in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Ms. Zhang serves as Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee.
