Ramse Osano Jr.

Ramse Osano Jr. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and sectors. Ramse is currently working as an Associate Professorial Lecturer III at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Additionally, they hold the position of Head of the Workforce Analytics and Performance Management Department at China Bank PH, where they are responsible for formulating and implementing strategic workforce plans.

In the past, Ramse has also held positions such as Associate Professorial Lecturer II at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Graduate School Faculty Member at the University of the City of Muntinlupa. Ramse has also worked in the corporate sector, serving as a Consultant for Supply Chain - Procurement at Max's Group Inc. and as Commodity Research Manager.

Furthermore, Ramse Osano Jr. has experience in the finance and banking industry, having served as Head of the Data Governance & Analytics Department and Data Analytics Officer at Bank of Makati. Additionally, they have worked as a Senior Statistician at Innodata Inc., where they specialized in financial performance, market analysis, and economic reports.

Ramse also has teaching experience at San Beda College Alabang and San Beda College, where they served as a Special Assistant Professor A and Graduate School Lecturer, respectively. Overall, Ramse Osano Jr. possesses a well-rounded background in academia, analytics, and corporate consulting.

Ramse Osano Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Economics from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2006. Ramse then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2007 to 2010. Prior to their higher education, they completed their secondary education at San Roque Catholic School from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Ramse also obtained certifications including SAP Business One from FastTrackSolutions, Inc., TOEIC Proficiency Certification from Educational Testing Service (ETS), and Civil Service Professional Eligibility from the Civil Service Commission.
