Henrique Budacs has extensive experience in engineering, specializing in transmission systems. As a Design Engineer at CEVT since November 2016, Henrique leads the development of synchronizers for both 7-speed automated DCT—including a hybrid version—and 4-speed DHT, as well as being responsible for Shifting Brakes. Previously, between October 2007 and April 2015, Henrique served as a Product Engineer at General Motors, where leadership was provided to teams on synchronizer system projects and coordination of technical activities from initial project phases to product launch was managed. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI (2002-2007), completion of an 80 YH-Points Education in Electrical Driveline at YH Akademin (July 2020 - December 2020), and studies at the Goethe Institute.
