Peng Qinghua has extensive work experience in the IT field, particularly in the automotive industry. From 1995 to 2014, they worked at Shanghai Volkswagen as the R&D IT manager, where they led the IT technical team and implemented various IT systems. In 2014, they joined Geely Holding Group and took on multiple roles, including CMA IT Director, Manufacturing IT Architecture Director, and R&D IT Chief Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for IT support in R&D, IT architecture planning, program portfolio and milestone review, and CMA-related IT programs. Since 2019, Peng has been working as the CIO at CEVT (China Euro Vehicle Technology AB), where they lead the IT organization and facilitates cross-cultural collaboration with Geely HQ IT teams.
Peng Qinghua obtained their Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Later, they pursued an MBA and completed their Master's degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University between 2005 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Peng Qinghua also obtained a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera in April 2018.
