Steven Flower

Steven Flower has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies in the automotive industry. Steven started their career at Jaguar Land Rover in 1985 as an Engine Design Engineer, where they worked for over a decade. Steven then moved to Perkins Engines as an Engine Design Engineer before joining AVL as a Design Leader and Programme Manager. Steven then worked at SAIC Motor as a Senior Programme Manager for Powertrain, followed by a role at Caterpillar Inc. as part of their research and design team. In 2012, they returned to Jaguar Land Rover as a Project Manager for Powertrain APC. Steven's most recent positions include Vice President roles in Powertrain Program Management and Powertrain Hardware Design at CEVT, where they currently hold the position of Head of Propulsion.

Steven Flower obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering and Business Management from Coventry University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering at the same university in 1988-1989.
