Bianca Cheng

Bianca Cheng serves as the Human Resources Director at China Everbright Bank since February 2021, collaborating closely with the CEO and management team on a wide range of HR matters. Prior to this role, Bianca held the position of Head of Human Resources at Macao Development Bank from May 2019 to November 2020, demonstrating extensive expertise in HR across Hong Kong, Macau, China, and the Asia Pacific regions, with a focus on HR consulting, talent management, and employee relations. Bianca's career in human resources began as Head of Human Resources at Phoenix Property Investors from July 2015 to April 2019. Bianca holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Leicester, earned between September 2007 and June 2011.
