Eva Chan

Eva Chan has a strong background in finance and private equity. Eva worked as a Vice President in Private Equity at China Everbright Limited since October 2017. Prior to that, they held the same position at Guotai Junan International from 2016 to 2017 and at China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch from 2015 to 2016. Eva also has experience in mergers & acquisitions, having worked as an Associate Director at BOC International from 2014 to 2015. Eva began their career at EY in 2006 as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services and later moved to PwC as a Senior Associate in Assurance from 2003 to 2006.

Eva Chan has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW. Eva also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In addition to their formal education, Eva has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from both CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
