Gavin Lin

Gavin Lin has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Gavin started their career as an Accountant at KPMG China in 2009 and then progressed to become an Assistant Manager. In 2013, they joined China Everbright Limited as an Investment Associate and later took on roles as Senior Investment Associate, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. In 2017, Gavin became an Executive Director at China Everbright Limited, and in 2022, they were appointed as Investment Executive Director & Deputy General Manager of Industrial Real Estate BU. Throughout their career, Gavin has been recognized for their achievements, including winning the EBA Investments Award as the top fund among China Real Estate Funds.

Gavin Lin completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics from 2005 to 2009.
