Anthony Santiago

Anthony Santiago currently serves as the Director of Operations at China Grill Management since May 2021. Prior to this role, Anthony held positions in various prestigious establishments, including General Manager at Wolfgang Puck from September 2014 to May 2021 and Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa from May 2012 to September 2014. Anthony's earlier experience includes roles as Restaurant Manager at BR Guest Hospitality and Baia Restaurant. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Stockton University, completed in 2011, and previously pursued a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government at Rider University.
