Nouman Ali

Nouman Ali is a seasoned professional with experience in procurement, supply chain management, and engineering within the power and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Manager - Procurement & Fuel Supply at China Huaneng Group, Nouman Ali oversees supply chain operations, including competitive bidding and logistics, while facilitating the transition from imported to local coal. Prior roles include Assistant Manager in the same domain and Associate Engineer - Maintenance, where inspections and maintenance of boiler equipment were performed. Experience also includes a tenure as Assistant Engineer - EPC at NorthWest Electric Power Design Institute Co. Ltd. and an internship at Nestle focused on water line troubleshooting. Nouman Ali holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
