Daniel Jiang

Daniel Jiang, CFA has extensive work experience in the investment and real estate industries. Daniel is currently working as an Associate Director at China Merchants Land Limited since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at China Merchants Group from 2021 to 2023. From 2016 to 2021, they held the position of Senior Investment Manager at China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd. Additionally, they gained early experience in the field as an Investment Intern at Gaw Capital in 2015.

Daniel Jiang, CFA has a solid educational background in the fields of Real Estate and the Built Environment, Surveying/Finance, and Civil Engineering and Project Management. Daniel earned a Master's Degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from Harvard University, which they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Surveying/Finance at City University of Hong Kong, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they spent a brief period as an Affiliate Student at UCL in 2013, focusing on Civil Engineering and Project Management.

In terms of certifications, Daniel proudly holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, which they obtained from the CFA Institute in August 2019.
