Ryan Ip, CFA, MRICS has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Ryan has served as the Vice President & Co-Head of Research at Our Hong Kong Foundation, where they led the research function and published strategic research reports on various key topics. Ryan has also been an Independent Non-Executive Director at China Merchants Land Limited and a Member of the Advisory Committee on the Northern Metropolis and the Land and Development Advisory Committee for the Hong Kong Government. Ryan Ip is an Executive Committee Member of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter, as well as a Board Member of the Hong Kong PropTech Association.
