Luo Haichuan

Aged 41, graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, and obtained a degree of Master of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University and was awarded the title of Senior Engineer. Mr. Luo joined the Group in 2003. He has been a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group since 2011. Mr. Luo acted as an executive director of CSC Development from September 2015 to August 2018. He has over 18 years’ experience in investment and f inancing; and human resources management.
