Marjaana Kivioja

Marjaana Kivioja has extensive work experience in the field of HR and rewards. Marjaana is currently working as the VP of Performance and Rewards at Kemira since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Rewarding and People Analytics at Rovio Entertainment Corporation from September 2020 to January 2023. Before that, they worked at Wärtsilä as the Director of Rewarding and International Mobility from January 2018 to August 2020 and also from August 2016 to December 2017. Marjaana also served as a Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Wärtsilä from March 2013 to July 2016. Marjaana Kivioja's earlier roles include Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Cargotec Corporation from March 2012 to February 2013, HR Manager of Rewarding at Cargotec Corporation from March 2011 to March 2012, and Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Cargotec Corporation from August 2010 to February 2011. Marjaana began their career at Mercer as an Associate from January 2008 to July 2010 and as a Consulting Analyst from February 2005 to December 2007.

Marjaana Kivioja obtained a People Analytics Certificate from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in International Business from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu in 2005. In addition, they are also a Certified People Analytics Specialist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
