Zhang Ming, aged 39, graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, and obtained a degree of Master of Construction and Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and was awarded the title of Senior Engineer. Mr. Zhang joined CSCEC in 2006 and was seconded to the Group in 2010. He has been a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group since 2016. Mr. Zhang has over 16 years’ experience in construction engineering, administration and human resources management.
