Jackey Hou

Jackey Hou has extensive experience in data product management and procurement, currently serving as Head of Procurement at China Unicom Americas since July 2016, overseeing procurement, policy, partnership, and channel management. Previously, Jackey held multiple senior positions at Nokia's Networks business and Motorola Solutions, including Head of Technology Leadership and Director of CMCC HQ Operation, where responsibilities included strategy formulation, business operations, and market engagement in the telecommunications sector. Jackey began career as a Sr. Engineer at CALT and progressed to senior product and marketing roles, focusing on wireless solutions and regional support in Asia Pacific. Jackey holds an MBA from Arizona State University and advanced degrees in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
