Vincent Zhu

Vincent (Yi) ZHU currently serves as the Vice President of Global Carrier Business at China Unicom Global since September 2023. Prior to this role, Vincent held several positions at China Unicom Europe from April 2014 to September 2023, including Director of Global Wholesale Business and Senior Account Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Petrologica Ltd. as Network Administrator and IT Support, and research positions at the University of Essex and ERCIM. Vincent began a career in telecommunications as a Trainee Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell. Vincent holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Networking and Telecommunications and a Master of Science (MSc) in Telecommunication and Information Systems, both from the University of Essex.
