Chenchen Liu

Chenchen LIU is an Assistant General Counsel at SOSV, and provides oversight on legal issues primarily for the programs of the cross-border portfolio across Chinacceletator (Shanghai) and MOX (Taipei and Southeast Asia).

Previously, Chenchen was an associate at a reputable Chinese law firm in Shanghai, focusing on private investment and venture capital transactions as well as daily corporate legal affairs. She holds a JD from University of Sydney and a LL.M from Georgetown University Law Center.
