Suzette Derrevere is vice president and assistant general counsel for Boeing Global Services, where she is responsible for all legal advice and counsel to the businesses and capabilities that compose Boeing Global Services. Derrevere is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy and activities of the legal and compliance teams including business structuring, transactional support and governance.
Previously, Derrevere served as chief counsel of Boeing Defense, Space & Security Contracts in the Boeing Law Department, practicing in the areas of bid protest litigation and government cost accounting. She has more than 20 years of experience as a government contracts lawyer with expertise in contract disputes and claims, contract administration, government investigations, cost policy and compliance. In 2020, Derrevere added to her portfolio a role on the Boeing Ethics team, participating in the Compliance Risk Management Board process for assessing the company’s primary compliance risk areas.
Derrevere joined Boeing’s Law Department in February 2013 from Honeywell International, Inc., where she served as general counsel to Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. and assistant general counsel to Honeywell Defense and Space. Prior to that, she was a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Perkins Coie, where she represented a variety of clients on government contract issues.
Derrevere is a graduate of Cornell Law School and Smith College.
