Lillian Yip

Lillian Yip is an experienced professional in innovation and marketing, currently serving as the Innovation Program Manager for Digital Transformation & Culture Change at Chinachem Group since March 2020. Previously, Lillian held the position of Global Design Manager for Chocolate Innovation at Mars from July 2018 to December 2019, focusing on R&D in China. Additional roles include Innovation Programme Director at The DO, Innovation & Marketing Consultant as the founder of innco, and Innovation & Renovation Acceleration Manager for GCR at Nestlé.
