Chun Mei Lam

Chun Mei Lam is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Behavioral Health Operations Manager and Clinical Outpatient Supervisor at Chinatown Service Center since June 2018. In addition, Chun Mei Lam has been a Private Practice Psychotherapist with The Calm Within since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Therapist I and Therapist II at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services from March 2012 to May 2018, and Supervisor at Search to Involve Pilipino Americans, where supervision was provided to three MSW interns. Chun Mei Lam’s early career included internships at NCJW/LA and the Weingart Center, along with serving as an Asian Outreach Counselor and Educator at Women Organized Against Rape. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Asian-American Studies from UCLA, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Chinese Studies from Swarthmore College.
