Oscar Pastrana

Oscar Pastrana is an experienced Behavioral Case Manager at Chinatown Service Center since August 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating case management services for MAT/SUD and Outpatient division, managing data entry into SAMHSA, conducting pre-screenings, and developing comprehensive care plans with clients.
