Brianna Marcus

Brianna Marcus is an experienced educator and support professional currently serving as a Substitute Teacher with the NYC Department of Education since January 2024. Brianna has been a Teacher Assistant at Catholic Charities of Staten Island Inc. since August 2021 and a Respite Provider for the Chinese-American Planning Council since October 2021. Additionally, Brianna works as a Community Habilitation Instructor for A Very Special Place, Inc., providing essential skills training to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previously, Brianna held the position of Direct Support Professional at The GRACE Foundation of New York, working with programs for the autistic population. Brianna earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services & Community Justice with a minor in Counseling from John Jay College (CUNY), where Brianna was recognized on the Dean's List. Currently, Brianna is pursuing a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching at Touro University. Brianna also has experience in office management from Car Covers USA, where customer service and organizational skills were key responsibilities.
