John Sullivan

COO, CPC Home Attendant Program at Chinese-American Planning Council

John Sullivan is currently the COO of the CPC Home Attendant Program at the Chinese-American Planning Council. John has been with the organization since 1995 and in their current role, they oversee the daily operations of the program. Prior to their current position, they were the project manager of the Home Care Services Program at the New York City Human Resources Administration from 1986 to 1995. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation of new services and programs within the home care program. John also served as the special assistant to the director of the program from 1983 to 1986 and as the assistant to the director of accounting services from 1981 to 1983.

John Sullivan's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Marist College. John then went on to complete a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Long Island University.

John Sullivan works with Edgar A. Pereira - Chief Program Officer, Carlyn Cowen - Chief Policy & Public Affairs Officer, and Brian Chen - CSO. John Sullivan reports to Wayne Ho, President & CEO.
