Kim To has extensive experience in development and leadership roles within various organizations focused on community and social services. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at the Chinese-American Planning Council and Deputy Director at Mekong NYC since November 2017, Kim previously held positions as Development Director at the Association for Neighborhood & Housing Development and the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families. Other notable roles include Director of Development and Communication at the Internationals Network for Public Schools and School-Based Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Brooklyn and Queens. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Asian American Studies from UCLA.
