Tom Chan currently serves as a Manager at The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) since April 2013, focusing on Membership Liaison and Service. Additionally, Tom holds an alternative member position on the Organising Committee of the Social Enterprise Summit, contributing to a significant platform for social entrepreneurship and innovation in Hong Kong since March 2018.
