Keith Minard

Keith Minard has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily as a CIO. Keith first held the role of CIO at Rockwell Space Operations Company from 1988 to 1993. Keith then worked as a Manager of Global Network Services at 3Com Corporation from 1993 to 1998 and later became the Director of Advanced Technology & Integration at the same company from 1998 to 2000. After that, they served as the VP of ASP Operations & CIO at Middlewire, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2013, they worked as a Principal Consultant - Turnaround CIO at Clinical Informatics Corporation. Keith'smost recent roles include being a CIO at On Lok, Inc. from 2013 to 2015 and at both Chinese Hospital and Chinese Community Health Plan (CCHP) since 2015.

From 1985 to 1988, Keith Minard attended the University of Houston and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS).
