Angela Tsui

Angela Tsui is a Human Resources Generalist at CISC since May 2023, with previous experience as a Community Development Coordinator at the Interim Community Development Association from June 2020 to August 2022, and as a Senior Recruiter at Neighborcare Health from June 2017 to May 2020. Notably, Neighborcare Health is the largest provider of primary medical and dental care for low-income and uninsured families in the Seattle area. Angela has also held roles as a Corporate Recruiter on a contract basis at Quorum Review, Finance and Accounting Recruiter at Allen Partners, Inc., and has experience in marketing and business roles at Western Washington University and other organizations. Angela holds a BA in Business and Sociology from Western Washington University, earned in 2013.
