Maria Barajas - Napoles

Maria Barajas - Napoles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Maria started their career in 2006 as a Shift Lead at Payless ShoeSource and later worked as a Cash Officer at Marshalls Convenience Stores. In 2009, they transitioned to Real Mex Restaurants where they served as a Shift Lead at El Torito. From 2013 to 2020, Maria worked at Farmers Insurance as an Administrative Assistant, handling tasks such as attending meetings, calculating premiums, and explaining insurance policies. In 2020, they joined Triune Infomatics Inc as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, responsible for assisting with HR functions and supporting the organization's operations. Maria currently holds the position of Senior HR/Diversity & Inclusion Assistant at Triune Infomatics Inc, where they focus on creating an inclusive work environment, implementing diversity programs, and ensuring fair hiring practices.

Maria Barajas-Napoles has a diverse education history. Maria began their academic journey at Cañada College in 2004 and completed an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in 2009. From 2017 to 2020, they pursued multiple areas of interest at Cañada College, earning three Associate of Science degrees in Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration and Management.
